Elvira Arellano, the "QUEEN" of opportunity is now waving her contempt of immigration laws in the face of legal Americans in the USA.

On September 12, 2007, Elvira Arellano plans on leaving her "Sanctuary" in the Chicago church to travel to Washington, D.C. to protest her status of being a federal fugitive/illegal alien. Elvira has violated these rulings.
In defiance, Elvira Arellano thereby uses her "ONLY" claim to this defiance which grips the apron strings of her son "Saul Arellano" who he himself is an illegal alien born in the USA. Saul Arellano is a Mexican citizen by birth via an illegal alien female in the USA and thereby he and his mother should be arrested by ICE and deported immediately.
MAIA has previously protested in front of the Chicago Church and attempted to save Saul from this abuse which Elvira has subjected this child to. Saul, who has been claimed to have ADHD has been used as a pawn since the inception of birth to give Elvira the opportunity to use a “CHILD” as her weapon and means to manipulate the USA in order to gain citizenship illegally.
In 2006, ICE has played a cat and mouse game and refused to enter the make-shift Church/Sanctuary and deport Elvira Arellano. Now 1 year later Elvira continues to thumb her nose at the Federal Court Order and Federal Law Enforcement and the USA.
MAIA on behalf of the American people demands that ICE remove this opportunistic invader Elvira Arellano from the United States.
Michelle Dallacroce, President of MAIA went to the Library of Congress and researched the 14th Amendment and the Congressional Records/Globe. She has uncovered the clear defense which, without a doubt - PROVES that Illegal Alien Infants. aka. Anchor Babies - ARE NOT citizens. Based on the first sentence in Section 1, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is…..a citizen of the United States.” In the book titled “Constitution of the United States of America, Analysis and Interpretation,” Page 1672, Par. 3, line, 5, states, “The requirement that a person be “subject to the jurisdiction thereof,” however, excludes its application to children born of diplomatic representatives of a foreign state, children born of alien enemies in hostile occupation,” or children of members of Indian tribes subject to tribal law.”

Section 5: Page 2036, Paragraph 1 of the Library of Congress’ Law Library book entitled as referenced above: “The Congress shall have the Power to enforce by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.” It is CLEAR, the 14th Amendment and the language used explicitly excluded “aliens” and their offspring, not legally within the United States - from citizenship.
Mothers Against Illegal Aliens implores EVERY American to call and write ICE to have Elvira and Saul Arellano picked up from the United Methodist Church in Chicago, Illinois Immediately and placed under arrest and child custody to face immediate extradition to Mexico.
The time has LONG PAST FOR ICE TO move forward and act in this matter.

MAIA also demands that Adaldberto United Methodist Church, 2716 W. Division Street, Chicago, Illinois 60622 be reviewed by the IRS for their aiding and abetting an illegal alien/federal fugative. Thereby , the Adaldberto United Methodist Church's tax exept status should be revoked and federal charges placed on any and all persons involved in the harboring of a felon and violation of immigration laws.
